This a great resource for any topic. If you have never heard about Kahoot, it’s a website that hosts interactive quizzes that feels more like a game. Teachers can create or adopt quizzes with their topic of choice. After the teacher starts a quiz, students can then login using a code provided by the teacher. The teacher may control the pace of the quiz by using the time between each question to explain the correct and incorrect answers. Points are awarded after each question based on the correct answer and the time it took to select an answer. Bonus points are also given for consecutive correct answers. It is a very engaging alternative to taking a paper and pencil quiz and students love it.
